Three Seasons Campground Camper Guidelines
• We are a family campground. Whether you bring children or not, we ask all our campers to refrain from profane
language and illegal drugs.
• Alcohol is allowed on campsites if you are of legal drinking age and have your ID with you. If you can’t prove your
age, your alcohol will be confiscated. This also applies to those providing alcohol to minors. NO alcohol is allowed in
or around the pool, camp store, horseshoe pits, golf driving range or beach areas.
• Firearms and fireworks are not permitted on the grounds. This includes individuals that have concealed weapons
permits. NO EXCEPTIONS. ZERO TOLLERANCE.
• Only one camping unit per site is allowed. A maximum of six (6) individuals are allowed per site. There is a $2.00
fee for each additional person over the maximum allowed.
• Check out time is 12:00 p.m. (noon). so that we may get the sites ready for the next guests that are arriving.
• Parking. Only one (1) car and one (1) camping unit per site. We ask that all other vehicles be parked in the parking
lot. Please ask your guests to park there when visiting. This will be strictly enforced.
• Speed Limit in the campground is 5 mph in the campground. Speeding vehicles will not be tolerated.
Persons breaking this rule may lose at-site parking privileges and will have to park in the visitor parking lot.
• Everyone is assigned a lot. Use courtesy by using paths and roadways. Please do not walk through fellow
camper’s campsites.
• Quiet time is from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. weekdays and 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. weekends.
TVs, radios, and people must not be heard beyond your own campsite.
• The use of generators is not allowed.
• Visitors must register in the registration office. Guests must leave the park by 11:00 p.m. If they are staying, the
guest charge must be paid. It is the responsibility of the registered campers to make sure their guests are following
the park rules.
• Campsite registered guests are financially responsible for all individuals at their campsite for any/all damages to the
park.
• No mopeds, ATVs, quads, or go-carts are allowed in the campgroud.
• Defacing. Do not cut or deface any trees, picnic tables, buildings or equipment.
• Pets are welcome. They must be kept quiet and on a leash at all times. Dogs must not bark repeatedly.
Do not leave your pet alone. Do not tie pets to trees, shrubs or wellheads. The “Pet Walk” is located on the exit road on the
west side of the campground. Owners must clean up all messes. The office/store, playground, pool and beach areas
are off limits to your pets.
• Parents you are responsible for the conduct of your children in the park and it’s facilities. An adult must supervise
children under the age of six (6) years. All children under the age of 18 must be at their campsite by 10:00 p.m.
unless accompanied by a parent. NO EXCEPTIONS.
• Bicycles are not permitted after dark. Riding on the walk path is prohibited.
• Campfires must be kept under control at all times. You may bring in your own firewood or it is available for purchase at the camp store.
• Swimming Pool. Only registered guests may use the pool. Children under the age of 10 must have a person 18
years of age or older present at the pool at all times. No lifeguard on duty! All posted and written rules pertaining to
the pool must be abided by. NO EXCEPTIONS. Swimbands must be worn in the pool area at the times. No shorts,
cutoffs, or t-shirts will be allowed. Children that are not potty trained must wear Swimmies. They will be available for purchase at the camp store. If your child contaminates the pool, and it must be shut down for cleaning, you will be
charged a $50 cleaning. Pool hours are 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
• Laundry. Washers and dryers are available on the north side of our maintenance/laundry building.
ONLY towel/bathing suit lines are permitted.
• Trash. All trash must be in plastic garbage bags and placed in the dumpster upon leaving or as necessary.
Fishermen, after cleaning your catch, please wrap in newspaper and place in plastic bag before putting in dumpster.
Barrels located at the beach are not for disposing of your garbage. Please use the dumpster.
• Liability. All park facilities and equipment of the campground is intended for the convenience of our guests. Any and
all persons using the facilities do so at THEIR OWN RISK and consent. The campground or management is NOT
RESPONSIBLE for accidents, injuries or damage due to fire, theft, wind, flood, personal negligence, acts of God or
any other unforeseen acts.
• Sunday church services are interdenominational and can be attended at 10:00 a.m. at the lakeside park. In case in
inclement weather, services will be held in the pavilion.
MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REMOVE ANYONE FROM THIS CAMPGROUND
